Policies and plans for Bourne
An independent voice offers real hope for tangible change, independent of party politics many residents are frustrated about.

Your vote for a better Future
I believe that, by working together, we can create a sustainable and thriving community for everyone. A positive message of hope combined with practical solutions, free of all of the usual political party politics.
I commit to better healthcare and safer roads, like the revised road layout and signage introduced at Aldsworth.
I'm also championing Parish solar energy and home renewables projects to reduce household bills and CO2.

Experience you know that you can trust
Bourne needs new, practical solutions, not just promises.
Unlike the short-term policies from traditional or new parties, my focus will be on long-term infrastructure improvements and community-focused action.
That's important for our military too, with Thorney Island Baker Barracks the only permanent base in West Sussex, with unique education, welfare and transport demands.
With five years of experience as a County Councillor, I understand how to get things done for the benefit of our residents, and will work with all other parties to deliver.

My commitments
I am committed to the environment, renewable energy, integrated local public transport, better and safer roads and stopping sewage in Chichester Harbour for good.
These are not just environmental issues, but issues that directly impact the quality of life for all Bourne residents.
I can offer practical solutions rooted in experience, as well as a genuine desire and a plan for positive change.
"Andrew's commitment to our local environment and practical approach to problem-solving are what Bourne needs. As an independent he's a breath of fresh air in local politics."
